CHANADAL EGG KABAB

Bornless chicken - 250gm

Chanadal - 1/2 cup

Onion - big 1 (finally chopped)

Green chilli - 2 (finally chopped)

Curry leafs - few (finally chopped)

Coriander leaf _ few (finally chopped)

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Egg - 2 (boiled)

Egg white - 2

Salt

Oil



Boil chanadal,drain the water and grind.

Boil Chicken along with salt and 1/2tsp pepper powder. and grind well.

Mix chanadal and chicken together

In a pan add oil, heat it,after that add onion,green chilli,curry leaves,saute it well.

Add coriander leaves and make boiled egg into small pieces add it and mix well

Take above mixture of chandal and chicken,make it round shape and press it on your hand

Place egg masala over this and cover it

keep pan in the stove and heat it ,

Dip the kabab in the egg white and roll it in the bread crumbs and fry it
