INGREDIENTS

1)Banana (ripe) - 1 no(cut into cubes)
2)Eggs - 3 nos
3)Cashewnuts (broken) - 1 1/2 tbsp
4)Raisins - 2 tbsp
5)Almonds - 2 tbsp
5)Sugar - 1/4 cup
6)Cardamom (powdered) - 2 pods
7)Ghee - 1 tbsp
8)Coconutoil - As reqd for frying

HOW TO MAKE A KAIPOLA

Step 1
Take a frying pan and pour coconut oil. Heat the pan and fry cashew nuts, raisins and almonds till golden.

Step 2
Fry the banana cubes in the same coconut oil.

Step 3
Mix the fried banana cubes, cashew nuts and raisins.

Step 4
Beat the eggs and add sugar and beat again until frothy.

Step 5
Smear some ghee in a baking tray and pour a portion of the egg mixture.

Step 6
Add the banana mixture and pour the remaining egg mixture on top.

Step 7
Sprinkle cardamom powder on top and bake in an oven for 20 minutes.

Step 8
Use fried cashew nuts, almonds and raisins for garnish.

Step 9
kaipola is ready and enjoy
