Chicken Liver-300g
Green chilli-5
Ginger garlic paste-1tspoon
Crushed pepper-2 tspoon
Coriander powder -1 tspoon
Turmeric powder -1/2tspoon
Red chilli powder -1/2tspoon
Garam masala-1 spoon
Coconut oil-2tspoon
Salt as needed
Water -1cup
Curry lvs
Coriander lvs

Heat a pan then pour the oil.Add chopped sawala n ginger garlic paste saute it.Then add chopped tomato,curry lvs n green chillies,saute it.Add some salt,crushed pepper n all the powders,saute it.Then add the liver n water.Add salt to taste.Keep it covered for 15 a small flame.Add some chopped coriander lvs.
Liver Roast ready...
