Extreme ബനാന Walnut Bread

This cake/bread is not a healthy one for the one's who always count on how much calorie they ate in a day. But it's definitely for you if u want to indulge in a tasty yummy snack!!

This can be used as a breakfast supplement with a cup of hot coffee or milk!!wahhh bliss 😀

മൈദാ-2 കപ്പ്‌
Ripe robusta banana-4 mashed
powdered ബ്രൌൺ ഷുഗർ -1 കപ്പ്‌
powdered വൈറ്റ് ഷുഗർ-half കപ്പ്‌
വനില്ല എസ്സെൻസ് - 1റ്റ്റ്സ്പ്
baking പൌഡർ -ഹാഫ്ട്ടീസ്പ്oon
baking സോഡാ-2ട്ടീസ്പ്oon
chopped walnut -1cup
ബട്ടർ-1 cup
nutmeg/cinnamon പൌഡർ-quarter ടീസ്പൂൺ


preheat oven to 180deg cel

Mix together sugar n butter
Add egg one by one to this mix n beat it until fluffy,add mashed bananas

Add vanilla essence to this mix

Add the dry ingredients (sieve together baking soda,baking powder ,salt,maida,nutmeg powder)
Fold the dry mix into wet mix

Put 1 cup of walnut into this and fold again
Take a loaf tin and grease it n pour this mix
Bake for 45-50mins in 170deg cel or until a skewer comes out clean

Flip it in a cooling rack, pack it in an aluminum foil n refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.n keep it outside .

This is a trick to keep the cake moist with all freshness, n it won't crumble ur cake while u slice it.

This will stay for 2-3 days n bakes a minimum of 2 or max of 3 cakes from this batter depending on ur baking tin size.
