[Preparation Time-15 mins : Cooking Time- NIL]


Papaya – 2 small or 1 cup (chopped)
Banana – 1 (chopped)
Milk – 1 cup
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Honey – 2 tbsp
Dates – 4 (optional)

Remove the skin and deseed the papaya. Chop them roughly. Chop the banana and keep aside. Take both in a mixer along with yogurt, milk, honey and dates. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Thats it!! Papaya Banana Smoothie is ready!!

Serve chilled!!


U can add sugar instead of honey.
If u have time, soak dates in milk for 15-20 mins and then make the Papaya Banana Smoothie. I added as it is because I planned in the last minute.
Alternatively u can add 1 or 2 tbsp of dates syrup too.
Adjust the proportion of papaya and banana according to your preference.
