Koorkka[cheevakizhangu]cleaned n cut into pieces-2 cup
coconut pieces-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1 pinch
Chilly powder-1tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Oil-2 tbsp
Cook koorkka with all ingredients except oil n curry leaves. keep aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves, cooked koorkka n fry in a low flame to become crispy....
