Carrot(grated) 2cup
Milk 2cup
Suger ½ cup
Badam,cashew pieces 4 tspoon
Ghee 2 tspoon
Elakka podi ¼ tspoon

Preparations:
Oru pan lil ghee ozhich nuts fry cheyth mativekuka, pinned grate cheytha carrot athe panil iduka koode milk add cheyth 20 minutes vare cook cheyyuka.
Suger add cheyth adiyil pidikathe elakkikoduth elakka podi cherth thick mixture aayi edukuka
Serve cheyyumbol nut pieces venel molil vithari kodukka
