മുരിങ്ങയില തോരൻ

തയ്യാറാകുന്ന വിധം :
Muringayila / Drumstick Leaves : 1 bowl
Small Onions : 5-6 finely sliced
Garlic : 2 pods crushed
Dry Red Chillies : 2 nos
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Grated Coconut : 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies : 2 nos
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Curry Leaves : a few
Salt to taste
Coconut Oil : 1 tbsp
1.) Wash the muringa leaves thoroughly and keep it aside in a strainer to remove the excess water.Leave it for 30minutes
2.)Grind the grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and turmeric without water.
3.)In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, small onions and garlic. Saute it well till the colour changes and add the curry leaves and red chillies.
4.)Add the cleaned muringa leaves and mix well, reduce the heat and cook slowly until the excess water gets evaporated.
5.)Add some salt
6.)Stir fry for couple of minutes and finally add the coconut mixture.Cook for 3 more minutes.
7.)Switch off the flame , pour few drops of coconut oil,two curry leaves and close the lid.
Serve after 10 minutes so that it can absorb all the flavors.
