CHICKEN LIVER ROAST WITH ROASTED CASHEWS

Ingredients : Chicken Liver
Chilly powder
Turmeric powder 
Coriander powder
Pepper powder

Cocunut oil
Curry leaves
Cashew
Salt
Lemon juice
Preparation : Apply pepper powder, ,Chilly powder, Turmeric, coriander powder and salt to the chicken liver, mix everything thoroughly and set aside for about half an hour. Also add little lemon juice on it..
During preparation time add 3 table spoon of cocunut oil add cashews until it gets roasted. Take the cashews and on the same oil add chicken liver mixture.. During cooking add little more pepper powder until it gets fried deeply..

In another pan add little cocunut oil.. Add curry leaves until it get little brown.. And off the stove.. Serve the chicken liver roast decorated with roasted cashews and curry leaves along with oil...
