Tandoori Salmon (fish)

Salmon is incredibly nutritious, rich in healthy fats and proteins.

Adding an indian touch will enhance the taste and flavour to Salmon.


Salmon fillets or steak 

For marination

Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
KasuriMethi 1 teaspoon ( or Fenugreek powder,1/4 teaspoon)
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Oil + 1 teaspoon of butter

1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the fish for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.

2. Grill the fish in a pan or in a preheated oven till golden brown.

3. For the smoke taste, you can add charcoal in a small bowl and close with a lid for few minutes.
