North Indian green peas mushroom fry

Green peas 1 cup
Button Mushroom 1 cup
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic 1/2 cup
Corriander seeds
Red chilly
Cummin seeds
Chilly powder 2 tblspn
Corriander powder 2 tblspn
Kasturi methi
Punjabi garam masala 1/2 tblspn
Corriander leaves

In a cooker, heat some oil. Crack some cumin seeds, red dried chillies, coriander seeds. To this add onions and green chillies and fry. Now add tomatoes and fry for sometime. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and kasthuri methi. Fry till oil separates. Now add green peas and mushroom and salt to taste. Add half cup water and boil till 2 whistles. If water is more dry the dish by boiling it for sometime.

Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot chapatis.
