CRAB MASALA /
CRAB DRY CURRY

A:
2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
1 dried chilli cut small
Pinch of fenugreek seeds
Pinch of fennel seeds
1stalk curry leaves
B:
1 onion sliced
1 inch ginger sliced
2 green chillies sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
C:
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tsp kurmah powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 tbsp water
Make C into paste.
D:
1 kg crab clean and cut
1 tomato sliced
2 tbsp coconut cream
Salt to taste
E:
Pinch of garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves
METHOD:
Fry A. When mustard
pop up add B.
Fry until onion light brown.
Add C, stir-fry until oil comes up.
Now add in the crab,
tomato mix well.
Add salt & coconut cream
cover and cook.
When crab turn colour
(10minutes ) add E mix well.
Remove from fire.
Serve with Rice or Roti.
