Take 1litre milk in a pan .nicely
then squeeze 1 big lime into the milk.and keep
on sterring it well.,Once the milk cuddles up off
the gas and keep it to cool.,Then take a clean 
peice of cloth and strain the milk into it .and pour water on the paneer so that the lemon taste goes off. Then hang the tied cloth and keep the paneer for half a hour ..Then .after that u kneed the paneer well.and make small
balls keep aside . Take another vessel add 3cups of water and 3cups of sugar and boil well so the syrup turns thick..Once the syrup is
thick you add the balls one by one and boil it for
sometime After 10.minutes off the gas and tasty Rassugullas are ready
