 Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 6 tbsp ( adjust according to your taste )
Instant coffee powder - 1 tsp ( I used bru instant )
Vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops
Ice cubes - 6, 10
Chocolate sauce - to decorate ( to make chocolate sauce, add 1/2 cup whipping cream and 150 gms of chocolate " diary milk " in a sauce pan on low flame till chocolate melts and cream thickens. )

In a long mixer jar, powder the sugar. Put ice cubes and crush it. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend well. Then add instant coffee powder and milk. Blend till everything is incorporated and thick forth forms.
Take 2 glasses and pour some thick chocolate sauce. Then pour coffee in and serve, adding 1/2 a scoop of ice cream on top. Drizzle 2, 3 drops of chocolate sauce on top to get an attractive look. Serve chilled.
