Ponni rice 2 cup
White Aval 1 cup
Coconut 1/2 cup
Rice (cooked) 1 tbsp
Yeast 1/2tsp
sugar to ur taste
salt as reqrd

Grind the ponni rice, aval, coconut, rice (chor) and the yeast mix (which u kept to ferment first) together finely as u grind for dosai. keep it ovrnight. Bfre making appams put the desired sugar and salt and mix well. keep aside for some time and make desired shapes of APPAMS!!!!
