Easy Chilli Paneer

Paneer cubed- 1 cup
Onion – 1 (cut in squares)
Ginger & garlic minced-1 Table spoon
Chopped green chillies-2
Capsicum diced-1
Tomato sauce -3 Table spoon
Ketchup- ½ Table spoon
Chilli Sauce- 1 T spoon
Soy sauce- 1 Spoon
Vinegar- 1 T spoon
Sugar, salt-a pinch
Spring onion.
Preparation

Take a small bowl mix soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
Heat some oil in a pan, then place the cubed paneer in it, Flip over and fry them until it turns golden brown. (do not overcook). Keep it aside.
In the same pan add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, and stir.
Next add onion and capsicum squares, stir fry until the edges of the onion become lightly browned.
Add the mixed sauces and stir very well. Do check the taste in between and add more salt or soy/chilli sauce if required.
Add ketchup along with a pinch of sugar.
Finely add the fried paneer and stir all together. Don’t forget to garnish with spring onion before serving.Thanks!
