*-*- Sweet Cold Tea -*-*
By : Shahina Usman
Ingredients:-
1 pinch baking soda
2 cups boiling water 6 tea bags
3/4 cup white sugar
4 cups cool water

Directions:-
1. Sprinkle a pinch of baking soda into a 64-ounce, heat-proof, glass pitcher. Pour in boiling water, and add tea bags. Cover, and allow to steep for 15 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags, and discard; stir in sugar until dissolved. Pour in cool water, then refrigerate until cold.

P. S.-
1. The baking soda is the key ingredient in this recipe to make a smooth tea. It helps to cut the bitter taste that you can get from tea.
2. The strength of your tea is such a personal taste thing, so I would recommend that as you're adding the water, give it a good stir after the first few cups and taste it and see what do you think. Add 1 or 2 cups of water more, if you think its still bitter.
