Crispy Egg Baji

Hard boiled eggs- 6
Gram flour- 1/2 cup
Asafoetida- a pinch 
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Crushed pepper powder- a pinch.
Peri- peri lemon sauce- 2 tsp
Bread crumbs- fresh from 1 slice bread
Salt to taste.
Oil - for frying

Slice each hard boiled eggs into two pieces. Separate yolk from it, and keep aside. Make a thick batter of all powders. Dip each egg whites into batter, then roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry it, till golden colour.
Mix egg yolks with peri peri sauce and make a smooth paste. Scoop egg yolk on to fried egg whites. Enjoy it with sauces- tomato, chilli and so on.
