Raw Mango Sweet Pachadi

Raw Mango sliced into small pieces -1cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli -2 slit lengthwise
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1tsp
Salt - to taste

1. Cook mango pieces in 1/2 cup of water along with green chillies and salt, until the pieces are soft and mushy.

2. Add 1/2 cup Jaggery and stir it until the Jaggery melts completely.

3. Add dry ginger powder and continue cooking on low flame until the water is reduced and the mixture will be of Jam consistency. Remove from heat.

4. Heat a kadai and pour oil. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add this seasoning to the Pachadi.

Yummy Raw Mango Sweet Pachadi is ready... This can be had with rice..please try this and let me know the feedback...
