Butter Chicken

Chicken - 500gm
Ginger/Garlic paste -1tbsp
Onion - 3( chopped)
Tomato - 2(chopped)
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder -1 tbsp
Cashewnut paste - 2tbsp
Cloves - 6
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Cardamon - 4
Coriander leaves

Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt for 30mins.
Fry till light brown in colour.Heat oil in a pan.Saute cloves,cinnamon,
cardamon,chopped ginger garlic and onions.Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and once the raw smell goes add chopped tomatoes and saute till done.Once it is cool,grind it into fine paste.In a pan mix well fried chicken pieces,masala paste and cashewnut paste,salt and bring it to boil.Once the gravy is thick remove from stove and garnish with fresh cream,butter and coriander leaves.
