Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache.

This a very moist chocolate cake with the best flavor and the preparing time is only ten minutes.
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
2 1/2 cup white powdered sugar.
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Eggs -2
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup buttermilk. I used thick curd beaten with water.
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract.
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 9"baking pan. Line it with wax paper. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Transfer this into a bowl and make a well in the middle .Add egg, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla into this well. Beat this with an electric mixer at medium speed for about two minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour this into the pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Serve this with whipping cream or vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Ganache
227 gms of semisweet chocolate, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 tb spoon of unsalted butter.
Put the chocolate in a heat proof bowl. Mix together the whipping cream and butter in a pan and bring it just to boil. Add this to the chocolate and let it stand for a few minutes and gently stir so as to avoid incorporating too much air.
