Crispy Fried Potato

1. Slice the Potato into thin julienne and soak in cold water for 10 minutes 
2.Then half boil for 10 min in hot water 
3.Once potato turns half boil take them from water and wipe with tissue or towel and set them in freezer for 15 minutes 
4.Heat oil in a frying pan and add required salt to the oil and fry the Potatos for two minute and set them to cool
5.again fry them till they turns golden brown
6.serve crispy fried potato and Add pepper on preference
