Tea Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Gharam Masala
Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
2 tbsp Tea Leaf

Method

Mix the above said ingredients well.
Make cuts on Chicken pieces.
Rub the mixture on to chicken pieces.
Marinate for 3 hours.
Cook this in pressure cooker for 1 hr.
Serve hot.

Tips:
Dont use the weight on pressure cooker.
Keep the chicken in the plate which you get along with the pressure cooker.
Dont use water for cooking.
It's the same method of pressure cooker cake which is now famous in our group
