Chicken liver- 500gm
Shallots thinly sliced- 10- 12
Garlic crushed- 4 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
pepper crushed-1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
salt to taste
coconut oil-2 tbsp.
curry leaves=3 sprigs
Clean liver with salt n turmeric.Strain it.In a pan heat oil n add curry leaves first.When the smell comes add garlic n saute it for seconds.Then add thinly sliced onions till it becomes golden brown.put all the masalas n saute for a while till the oil separates...add liver pieces n salt...let the masalas cover the pieces n cook in a low flame for 5 -6 mts....don't overcook coz it will become hard...then add the remaining oil n curry leaves n dry roast it in a low flame till it becomes brown in colour...Garnish as u wish....
