Eggless Rava Orange Cake

1. Rava 1¾ cups
2. Powdered sugar 1 cup +2 table spoon(You can increase and decrease the qty of sugar)
3. Fresh Orange juice 2cup + ½ cup
4. Grated orange peel 1 tablespoon
5. Oil ¼ cup
6. Baking powder ¼ teaspoon
7. Tutti frutti 2 tablespoon
Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add rava, 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ table spoon grated orange peel, baking powder, oil and 2 cups orange juice. Mix well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
If the batter is too thick, add some more orange juice. Coat the baking dish with butter and pour the mix to it. Sprinkle tutti frutti over the batter and slightly press it with a spoon. Bake it for 25 - 30 minutes. (Check with tooth pick, if needed bake it for 5 more minutes)
To a pan, add ½ cup orange juice, ½ table spoon grated orange peel and 2 table spoon sugar and boil. Add this boiled mixture over the cake. This will get absorbed in the rava orange cake. Cool it and remove from cake tin.
