Salmon Grilled with Boiled Veggies !!!!By : Viju Varghese

Fresh salmon slice about 1Kg (3 Slices)
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, can also use spicy brown mustard
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced or crushed
salt and pepper for taste enhancing.


* Prepare marinade by blending together mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
* Add just a pinch of salt, since the soy sauce is already high in salt, and pepper to taste.
* Pour the mixture over the salmon slices and let marinade for 10-15 minutes.
* Oil grill grates very well and grill salmon over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turn over and grill other side for 10 minutes @ mid rack.
* Now move the rack to top level and grill for max 2-3minutes on both sides to get the final touch.
* Transfer it to plate along with boiled veggies.

I guarantee that you will never order grilled Salmon from any restaurants.
