Banana Pancakes

An easy snack for breakfast with just two ingredients. Try & Enjoy...

Ingredients:

Ripe Banana - 2
Eggs - 2
Sugar to taste & Ghee/Oil to fry

Directions:

* Mash the banana in a small bowl, add the egg mixture with sugar to taste.
* Turn on the stove with medium low heat.
* Spray a small frying pan with ghee/oil.
* Add mixture to pan, stir slightly to cook.
* Scoop mixture onto a plate, drizzle with honey if required.
* Serve immediately.
