Simple Carrot pudding:
Carrot 1 (boiled & blended)
Milk 2 cups
Condensed milk 3/4 cup
China grass 10gm
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Sugar as required (if needed)
Soak the China grass and keep aside.
In a pan pour milk, and condensed milk also add custard powder and then boil stir continousely when it starts boiling add blended carrot and melted China grass then mix very well if needed add some sugar as per taste after that pour the pudding mixture in a pudding tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.Simple carrot pudding is ready
