Grease round baking pan with oil and line up with butter paper
Remove out the whistle and gasket of pressure cooker.Add about 1/2 Cup salt in pressure cooker.
Mix properly and pour the batter in greased baking pan.
garnish the top of batter with crushed nuts
Tap the baking pan 2/3 times for releasing the air bubbles
Add around 1/2 cup of salt in pressure cooker. Close the lid of pressure cooker and pre- heat it for about 5-6 minutes (Remove whistle and gasket.)
After 5 mins remove out the cover and carefully place the baking pan.
Cover and cook on very low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
The time depends upon the baking pan material you use and also the size of the pan. So please check your cake in between by opening the cooker and poking it with toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, that means the cake is baked.
Remove it out and let it cool completely . Then you can either frost it or enjoy as is
