MEAT KEBAB

Ingredients---
Beef - 250 gms
Onion - 2 big
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green chillies - 3 - 4
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - to fry
Coriander Leaves, Mint leaves - As needed
Bread - 3 slices
worcester sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Directions---
Mince the beef, onions, ginger and green chillies. Dip the bread in water and squeeze them well to drain the water. Add this to the minced mixture. Now mix well the sauce, salt and pepper power to the mixture and keep it for sometime. Heat oil. Make the mixture into small balls or oval shapes and fry them in oil. Serve hot.
