Semiya payasam

Semiya 100gm
Milk 1 litre
Hot water to cook the semiya
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Ghee 1 desert spoon
Cardamom powder 1/ 4 tsp
Fried cashew nuts & kismis 10 grams each

Method: Fry semiya in ghee then add hot water when cooked add sugar, milk & cardamom powder. Decorate with fried cashew nuts and kismis.
