Parippu ..............200 gm
Sarkkara............. 300 gm
Nalikeram ............2 nos (medium)
Elakka ...................10 nos
Andiparippu........... 40 gm
Unakka mundiri .....30 gm
Thengakottu (optional )

PREPARATION METHOD:
Parippu nannayi golden colour aavunnathuvare varthedukkuka.Oil cherkkan Padilla. Parippu kazhuki cookeril 2 cup vellam cheruthu 3 whistle aduppikkuka. Nalikerathinde onnam palum, randam palum edukkuka. Onnam Paal vellam cherkkathe pizhinjedukkanam. Randam paal namukku kurachu choodu vellam cheruthu pizhinjedukkam.Njan randam paal mixiyilittu onnu thirippichhittanu eduthittullathu. Sarkkarayil kurachu vellam cheruthu choodakkam. Sarkkara paani ready. Andiparippu & mundiri kurachu neyyozhichu golden brown aakunnathuvare varuthedukkanam. Vere vere. Athupolethanne thengakottum. Elakka podichhedukkanam. Ini nammukku vevichu parippu oru uruliyilekku mattam. Adi kanamulla ethu pathravum pattum.Athonnu nannayi choodayal namukku randam paal cherkkam. Baaki vevanullathu randam paalil kidannu vevatte. Sarkkara paaniyum cherkkam. Ilakki kondirikkanam. Oruvidham vattikazhinjal namukku gas off cheyyam. Ennittu onnam paal cherkkam. Nannayi ilakkanam.
