Ladies finger/Vendakka-1/4kg
Onion -1
Dry Red Chilly -3
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Meat Masala - 1tbsp

1)Crush onion and dry red chilly together.
2)Heat oil in a pan and add this onion mix , Green chilli,curry leaves and saute well till the raw smell of onion and red chilly goes.
3)Then add ladies finger,turmeric powder and salt and stir well.Close the kadai for 10 min and cook in a low flame
4)Then open it and stir well.Add Meat masala.Stir it till the vendakka become bit crispy and dry.
